For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa).
Our patients always come first. We accept credit card payments for the uncovered portion of your claim and will gladly work with you to discuss financing if necessary. Let Norcross Dental Associates serve as your dentist. We will earn your trust and maintain your beautiful smile.

We have partnered with CareCredit, a trusted name in third-party financing, so patients can make affordable monthly payments on their treatments. CareCredit offers revolving credit and no interest for up to 12 months for patients who qualify.

Insurance

If you live in Norcross or Gwinnett County and are in need of a reputable dental practice who accepts your current dental insurance, trust the dental professionals at Norcross Dental Associates. If you are wondering as to which dental insurance is accepted, we gladly accept most major dental insurance carriers, including We work with many insurance companies and file claims on behalf of our patients. We are in-network with Aetna, Ameritas, BCBS*, Careington, Cigna (Core and Radius Networks), Delta Dental (PPO and Premier), Guardian, MetLife, United Concordia, and Sunlife.
Our treatment coordinator will gather your information and estimate your insurance coverage. In an attempt to maximize your benefits, we provide the insurance company with all necessary paperwork, charts, and X-rays. Please remember that dental insurance is a contract between you and your provider, and any remaining balance will be billed to your account.

Our comprehensive dental appointments and procedures are fairly priced, as we strive to provide the highest quality dental care at affordable rates. Do not hesitate to call us if you have questions insurance.

If you have insurance you must realize that:

  • Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We are not a party to that contract unless specified.
  • Our fees are generally considered usual, customary and reasonable by most companies. Your insurance plan benefits may fall below the average insurance plan.
  • Not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts.
  • Any amount not paid by your insurance within 60 days is payable by you.

To process your insurance claim we will need your insurance card or form and your signed release. We will accept assignment of insurance benefits once it is verified that your insurance will pay us. If you have dual insurance, we will accept assignment on the primary, but expect you to pay the estimated balance and be reimbursed by your secondary insurance. We will estimate your coverage as closely as possible, but until we actually receive payment from the insurance company, it remains an estimate.
